*A weekend booking runs from 8am Saturday - 12pm Sunday. If you want to hire the whole hall from 3pm Friday - 12pm Sunday this is a long weekend booking and will incur an additional £100.

A deposit of £250 will also need to be paid in advance and additional set up time will need to be paid for.

Where applicable, an additional levy of £50 will be added onto the bill to pay for a dedicated venue manager.

Chearsley Community Groups

For Chearsley community groups i.e. Women's Institute, Parish Council, St Nicholas Church etc, the cost will be £15 per 'session' (2 - 3 hours) to hire the Walnut and Chestnut Rooms and £20 per 'session' to hire the Whole Hall. Weekend rates for these groups will be by special arrangement only.  Local residents can also hire the hall for informal, adhoc use (if available).

Fundraising events will be charged at a charity rate and any set up time will be charged.

Please note also that if another event is taking place in the hall, then potentially the kitchen facilities will need to be shared.
